Doors On Racks

sliding or hinged doors for pallet racks or shelving

Creating secure areas within pallet racks and shelving can be an important space saver whilst satisfying the need for quarantine areas, or protection from tampering for goods in transit to sensitive destinations such as the MOD etc.

We can offer either sliding or hinged doors, or complete compounds within the rack, all are bespoke but Metalmesh charges no premium on non standard sizes, bearing in mind there maybe an increase in scrap due to sheet availability.

For quarantining stock, or high security products in a warehouse we can produce sliding doors covering up to 3 bays in width and four tall, these doors secure an area without impeding forklift access and travel.

The doors are secured using the eurolock system, and use 3 posts to remove any excess strain on the racking and for this reason it is free floating from the rack. Interlocking panels are secured within the rack to provide 360 degree protection and peace of mind.

Supported by a modular steel rail design, you can extend the door length across as many bays as you like. The door itself slides smoothly, locking into position along the guide rail into the final post, creating a sold anchor point.

Comes standard in 9018 grey, but can be provided in any colour of your choosing
